STEP II. 24.3.1 Within ten (10) working days of receipt of appeal from Step I, the Superintendent shall submit a written response. If the Superintendent sets a meeting on the grievance, it shall be ten (10) working days thereafter. 24.3.2 If the second step grievance answer is not satisfactory to the Union, the Union may appeal the grievance to arbitration.
