Step One – College President or Designee. A. Within thirty (30) days after the grievant knows or should have known of the alleged act or omission on which the grievance is based, the grievant shall file a Step One Grievance Form (DCE-G1) with the Human Resource Office and shall forward a copy to the President of the College.
