Step Three - Appeal to Board. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of his grievance at Step Two (2), or if the Superintendent has not provided a written decision within the time limits the grievant may appeal to the Board by giving notice of such appeal to the Superintendent within ten (10) days from the receipt of the step two (2) decision. The Board shall meet with the grievant within thirty (30) days after the Superintendent receives the appeal. Within ten (10) days after such meeting, the Board shall render a written decision. The decision of the Board may be appealed in accordance with the laws governing appeals of decisions of the Board.

  • Step Three a. If the grievance is not resolved within ten (10) working days of the referral to Step Two in Article A.6.3.a the local may, within a further ten (10) working days, by letter to the superintendent or official designated by the district, refer the grievance to Step Three of the grievance procedure. Two representatives of the local and two representatives of the employer shall meet within ten (10) working days and attempt to resolve the grievance.
