Common use of Stock Replenishment Clause in Contracts

Stock Replenishment. (a) Where an employee is engaged in stock replenishment duties and other housekeeping tasks performed outside the spread of hours referred to in Clause 4.1 payment will be made in accordance with the night fill rate set out in Clause 7 of this Agreement.
