Common use of Store Meetings Clause in Contracts

Store Meetings. Time spent in required store meetings called by the Employer shall be considered time worked and shall be paid for in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Store Meetings, when announced twenty-four (24) hours in advance shall not constitute a split shift violation or a call-in.

No employee shall be disciplined for failing to attend a store meeting on an approved personal holiday, vacation or requested day off.
