When a Store Manager considers it necessary to take the actions set out in Article he will make every possible effort to do so while the Xxxxxxx or Sub-xxxxxxx is on duty in the store. If the Xxxxxxx or Sub-xxxxxxx is not on duty and the circumstances will allow, he will postpone the action until either the Xxxxxxx or the Sub-xxxxxxx is next on duty. Where it is impossible or impractical to postpone the action, the employee will have the choice of another employee in the bargaining unit in the store at the time to be present as a witness.
