Manager on Duty. Relief of a member of Store Management by a member of the bargaining unit shall be on a voluntary basis. The employee shall be required to have completed a Manager on Duty (MOD) training program. The employee so designated by management shall receive a premium of two dollars ($2.00) per hour for hours scheduled and worked in this capacity between 7am and 11pm. It is understood management’s absence from the store during lunches, breaks, or for periods of less than three (3) hours shall not constitute MOD assignments. Manager on Duty. Part time employees duly designated by management as a Manager on Duty, when the Store Director or Assistant Store Director are not scheduled to work, and who have completed the employer’s Manager on Duty Training Class shall receive a one dollar and fifty cent ($1.50) per hour premium for the shift in which the person is designated as the Manager on Duty. This Manager on Duty premium will not be payable to employees working the Night Crew.

  • Injured on Duty 33.1 Employees prevented from completing a shift due to a bona fide injury sustained while on duty will be paid for the full shift at straight time rates of pay, unless they receive Worker’s Compensation benefits for the day of the injury in which case the employees will be paid the difference between such compensation and payment for their full shift.

  • INJURY ON DUTY Any unit employee who suffers an injury while working during the course of his/her employment for the County shall be entitled to injury leave until said employee is able to return to work or is terminated in any manner and subject to any limitations imposed by this Article or State Law. Injury means a sudden and tangible happening of a traumatic nature, producing an immediate or prompt result and resulting from external force, including injuries to artificial members.   • Indemnitee Rights on Unfavorable Determination; Binding Effect If any Reviewing Party determines that Indemnitee substantively is not entitled to be indemnified hereunder in whole or in part under applicable law, Indemnitee shall have the right to commence litigation seeking an initial determination by the court or challenging any such determination by such Reviewing Party or any aspect thereof, including the legal or factual bases therefor, and, subject to the provisions of Section 15, the Company hereby consents to service of process and to appear in any such proceeding.
