The Owner has prepared an Integrated Stormwater Management Plan and provided it to the Regional District, and, prior to 30 days after the execution by all parties of this Agreement, provided the Regional District with $30,000 towards the cost of a third party professional engineering review of the Integrated Stormwater Management Plan.
