Landscape design to include screen dining patio (no furniture) and three flag poles with bases. (b) Paving sections for automobile and truck access shall be according to the Geologic Soils Report. (c) All parking lot striping to include handicap spaces and signage. (d) Underground site storm drainage system shall be connected to the city storm system main.
Sitework. A. Site Plan and Survey A preliminary survey of the site, shall be performed. Information determined from the survey should be reported as part of the proposal response including: 1. Land area of proposed site. 2. Current zoning designation. 3. Physical description of the property including topography, special features and surrounding development. 4. Property restrictions which would limit or affect development. Typical items would be zoning issues such as set-backs and easements and physical restrictions such as flood plains or wet land limits. 5. Utilities serving the proposed property shall be identified.
Sitework. 1. Regarding Alternate No. 21 - Individual concrete footing is assumed for the type 2 bollards, not continuous footing. 2. Owner has obtained approval of the Builders Pavement Plan. The final sign offs shall be obtained by Construction Manager. 3. Street restoration is included to one lane from curbline.

Sitework. All site clearing and preparation will be provided to accommodate all paving areas, building pad, and landscape area. All grading will be provided to ±0.1 of a foot and all fill material under paving and slab area will be compacted to 95% maximum dry density according to standard Xxxxxxx ASTM 698. (All compaction densities will be designed to the recommendation of the soils engineer and will be adjusted once borings are complete.) All excavation for foundations, site concrete, and site utilities will be provided.
