Straight Time for Additional Work. Employees working less than forty (40) hours per week but more than their regular assignment may be credited with an hour of time off for each hour worked beyond their regular assignment. However, the Educational Support Professional and their supervisor must agree when the employee will receive straight time off. In the absence of such agreement employees will be paid for time worked in accordance with wage and hour laws.

  • Part-Time Work An employee who is pregnant or is entitled to parental leave may, by agreement with the employer, reduce the employee’s hours of employment to an agreed extent subject to the following conditions:
