  • OF CLEAN AIR ACT AND FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT This provision is applicable to all Federal-aid construction contracts and to all related subcontracts. By submission of this bid/proposal or the execution of this contract, or subcontract, as appropriate, the bidder, proposer, Federal-aid construction contractor, or subcontractor, as appropriate, will be deemed to have stipulated as follows:

  • Clean Air Act and Federal Water Pollution Control Act 1. The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 7401 et seq.

  • CLEAN AIR AND WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT Customer Purchase Orders using federal funds must contain a provision that requires the Contractor to agree to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387). Violations must be reported to the Federal awarding agency and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Pursuant to the Federal Rule above, Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with all applicable provisions of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387) and will remain in compliance during the term of the Contract.

  • Overdraft Protection Plan If we have approved an overdraft protection plan for your account, we will honor checks drawn on insufficient funds by transferring funds from another account under this Agreement or a loan account, as you have directed, or as required under the Credit Union’s overdraft protection policy. The fee for overdraft transfers, if any, is set forth on the Rate and Fee Schedule. This Agreement governs all transfers, except those governed by agreements for loan accounts.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property.   • CLEAN AIR ACT AND THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (a) If the Sub-Recipient, with the funds authorized by this Agreement, enters into a contract that exceeds $150,000, then any such contract must include the following provision: Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387), and will report violations to FEMA and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

  • Financial Responsibilities Provider shall, at its sole expense:

  • Financial Responsibility You understand that you remain, solely and exclusively responsible for any and all financial risks, including, without limitation, insufficient funds associated with accessing the Service. The Credit Union shall not be liable in any manner for such risk unless Credit Union fails to follow the procedures described in materials for use of the service. You assume exclusive responsibility for the consequences of any instructions you give to the Credit Union, for your failures to access the Service properly in a manner prescribed by the Credit Union, and for your failure to supply accurate input information, including, without limitation, any information contained in an application.

  • Federal Water Pollution Control Act 1. The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.

  • Benefit Protection Plan For employees who have approved disability claims (excluding those for work-related injuries) under the City's Flex disability insurance carrier, management shall continue the City's medical, dental, and basic life insurance plan subsidies for a maximum of two years or at the close of claim, whichever is less. Employees must have been enrolled in a Flex medical, dental and/or basic life plan prior to the beginning of the disability leave. Coverage in this program will end if the employee retires (service or disability) or leaves City service for any reason.
