Evidence of impact. Evaluating the impact of the initiative will comprise both qualitative and quantitative measures, including: • documenting case studies of promising practices arising from the initiative by interviewing parents and community members, XXXXX and staff from selected schools, and • recording the number of participating schools and the number of parents participating in training. Parent, student and staff survey data may be incorporated into Tasmania’s School Improvement Tool within the life of this Project Agreement. Where such survey information becomes available it will be included as part of Tasmania’s report to the Commonwealth. The Department’s Professional Learning Institute will review its approach to data collection to align learning outcomes more closely with school improvement data. An annual report will be provided to the Commonwealth that documents which schools are participating in the initiative, the range of activities that are being undertaken to increase community engagement, case studies of promising practice that can be shared across schools and school systems, and where available, data on rates of parent participation and survey data.

Evidence of impact. The ACT will provide annual reports as per Part 4 of the Project Agreement. Post progress reporting, an appropriate evaluation for the size of the programme to be implemented may be undertaken.
Evidence of impact. Annual reporting to the Australian Government will include the number of schools participating in each initiative for each reporting period with the total number of schools captured by each initiative included in the final report. Annual reporting will include notification of the status (complete/incomplete/in progress) of implementation activities for each reporting period as listed above. The first annual report will also include advice on the implementation activities that will be reported on for the parental engagement initiative. The final reporting for the performance management initiative will include data on the number of performance management processes commenced and completed under the initiative. The evaluation of the performance management initiative will include a survey of the levels of knowledge, confidence and skills of school leaders in undertaking performance management processes with under-performing staff before and after participation in the performance management initiative.
Evidence of impact. Evaluation of the impact of this agreement will be incorporated into the formal evaluation of the Queensland IPS initiative that commenced in 2013. This evaluation is designed to examine: • how IPS have utilised their autonomy in Queensland; • stakeholder perceptions about IPS reforms; • enablers and barriers experienced by IPS; • to what extent IPS has supported school improvement; and • learnings from IPS, and application of these across other school environments. The professional development program and impact of the devolved budgeting system will also be incorporated into the evaluation. Queensland will provide annual reports to the Australian Government demonstrating to the extent possible evidence of the program’s impact in the year to which the report refers.
Evidence of impact. Victoria will provide annual reports as per Part 4 of the Project Agreement: • At the end of each reporting period, Victoria will provide a short (3-4 page) report to the Commonwealth detailing its implementation activities, including total numbers of participants and schools for each activity. • The report may also include qualitative information regarding: o the implementation approach and target cohorts o the rationale and expected benefits o feedback from schools and/or individual participants on implementation o how the benefits can be maintained and shared.

Conferences are a time to collaborate with industry peers and to discover knowledge and resources that can help make a difference in achieve personal and professional goals.   • Evidence of Insurance Receipt by the Administrative Agent of copies of insurance policies or certificates of insurance of the Loan Parties evidencing liability and casualty insurance meeting the requirements set forth in the Loan Documents, including, but not limited to, naming the Administrative Agent as additional insured (in the case of liability insurance) or loss payee (in the case of hazard insurance) on behalf of the Lenders.

The Contractor shall maintain copies of Certificates of Insurance, policies, and additional insured endorsements for each subcontractor as evidence that each subcontractor maintains insurance as required by the Contract.

  • Evidence of Insurance Cover All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.

  • Evidence of Compliance Each Restricted Person will furnish to each Lender at such Restricted Person’s or Borrower’s expense all evidence which Administrative Agent from time to time reasonably requests in writing as to the accuracy and validity of or compliance with all representations, warranties and covenants made by any Restricted Person in the Loan Documents, the satisfaction of all conditions contained therein, and all other matters pertaining thereto.

  • Precedence of Documents and Changes In the event of conflict, the Contract takes precedence over the Supplementary Conditions, and the Supplementary Conditions take precedence over the General Conditions. No change to the Contract Documents is effective unless notice shall have been issued by the Owner bearing the imprimatur of the Owner as follows: “By order of The Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham.” The Design Professional has no authority to amend the Contract Documents, orally or in writing, either expressly or by implication.

  • Evidence of Debt (a) The Credit Extensions made by each Lender shall be evidenced by one or more accounts or records maintained by such Lender and by the Administrative Agent in the ordinary course of business. The accounts or records maintained by the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall be conclusive absent manifest error of the amount of the Credit Extensions made by the Lenders to the Borrower and the interest and payments thereon. Any failure to so record or any error in doing so shall not, however, limit or otherwise affect the obligation of the Borrower hereunder to pay any amount owing with respect to the Obligations. In the event of any conflict between the accounts and records maintained by any Lender and the accounts and records of the Administrative Agent in respect of such matters, the accounts and records of the Administrative Agent shall control in the absence of manifest error. Upon the request of any Lender made through the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall execute and deliver to such Lender (through the Administrative Agent) a Note, which shall evidence such Lender’s Loans in addition to such accounts or records. Each Lender may attach schedules to its Note and endorse thereon the date, Type (if applicable), amount and maturity of its Loans and payments with respect thereto.

  • Maintenance of Insurance; Policy Provisions The Contractor, at no additional direct cost to NYSERDA, shall maintain or cause to be maintained throughout the term of this Agreement, insurance of the types and in the amounts specified in the Section hereof entitled Types of Insurance. All such insurance shall be evidenced by insurance policies, each of which shall:
