STUDENT ABSENCE. If CONTRACTOR is a nonpublic agency, it shall notify LEA of the absence of an LEA student no later than the fifth consecutive service day of the student’s absence, as specified in the LEA Procedures. XXX shall not be responsible for the payment of services when a student is absent.
