Common use of Student Responsibility Clause in Contracts

Student Responsibility. You are individually responsible for the proper care of your assigned room and its furnishings and equipment, and are jointly responsible with other students in the suite, on the floor, or in the residential facility for the proper care of common areas, furnishings, and equipment. You are required to report maintenance concerns in your assigned room in a timely manner to prevent damage to the room or other student’s or university property.
