Incorporation of Rules and Regulations. A. Residence Hall Rules and Regulations: Rules and regulations appearing in the most recent edition of The University Student Housing and Hospitality Services Contract Guide Book xxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/contract-guide.php and other handbooks that from time to time may be promulgated by University Student Housing are made a part of this contract. In the event of a conflict between the rules and regulations appearing in The University Student Housing and Hospitality Services Contract Guide and this contract, the provisions of this contract shall govern.
B. Other Laws, Rules and Regulations: This contract shall be governed both as to interpretation and performance by the laws of the United States and of Texas; by the rules and regulations of the Board of Regents, and by the rules and regulations of Texas Tech University.
Incorporation of Rules and Regulations. Any and all matters pertaining to the Event and not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of this contract shall be subject to determination by FEG in its sole discretion. FEG may adopt rules or regulations from time-to-time governing such matters and may amend or revoke them at any time, upon notice to Exhibitor. Any rules and regulations (whether or not included in an Exhibitor Service Manual or similar document) are an integral part of this contract and are incorporated herein by reference. Exhibitor shall observe and abide by additional regulations made by FEG as soon as these additional rules or regulations are communicated to Exhibitor. This contract (including the Exhibitor Service Manual and any additional rules or regulations adopted by FEG) states the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Any and all matters pertaining to Event not specifically concerned by the terms and conditions of this Contract shall be subject to determination by MVP Education in its sole discretion. MVP Education may adopt rules and regulations for Event from time to time governing such matters and may amend or revoke them at any time, upon reasonable notice to Exhibitor. Any such rules and regulations whether or not included in an Exhibitor Service Manual or similar document) are an integral part of this Contract and are incorporated herein by reference. Exhibitor of the Event shall observe and abide by additional regulations made by MVP Education as soon as these additional rules are communicated to Exhibitor or posted in the Exhibitor Service Manual. This Contract for Event (including the Exhibitor Service Manual and any additional rules and regulations adopted by MVP Education from time to time states the entire Agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.

Xxxxxxx agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of the Event and will not do anything that constitutes a violation of any part or condition of the Event.

The Organizer may adopt rules or regulations from time to time governing such matters and may amend or revoke them at any time, upon reasonable notice to the Artist. Any such rules and regulations (whether or not included in the Artist Service Guide or similar document) are an integral part of this Contract and are incorporated herein by reference and shall have the full force and effect as if she rules and regulations are fully set forth herein. The Artist is expected to observe and abide by these additional and/or amended rules and regulations.
