Studio Style Shows Sample Clauses
Studio Style Shows a. If an Employee is engaged to work on a studio style show that is being produced in an actual studio setting the Employer has the option of utilizing minimum calls that are less than ten (10) hours as provided for in Article XII (Minimum Conditions) of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. There are three such options:
i. A four (4) hour minimum may be utilized when a single broadcast of no more than thirty (30) minutes takes place;
ii. A six (6) hour minimum may be utilized when a single broadcast of no more than sixty (60) minutes takes place call; or
iii. An eight (8) hour minimum call may be utilized when there are multiple broadcasts of any length take place.
b. For any such call selected, the daily rate (as opposed to hourly rate) for IATSE Health and Welfare, Pension, and Annuity fund contributions shall be applicable as outlined in the Arizona Appendix.
Studio Style Shows. A. Employer may utilize a revised Minimum Call of eight (8) hours for work on a studio style show being produced in an actual studio.
B. For such 8-hour call, the daily rate Health & Welfare and Pension contributions are as outlined as follows:

For such 8-hour call, the daily rate Health & Welfare and Pension contributions are as outlined as follows: For Arizona based employees engaged to perform work in the Studio for Purple Tally Productions, Employer agrees to make contributions to the IATSE National Health and Welfare Fund on a daily basis as follows: • 4/1/22 – 3/31/23 $64.00 (8 hours) • 4/1/23 – 3/31/24 $66.00 (8 hours) • 4/1/24 – 3/31/25 $68.00 (8 hours) • Beginning 4/1/25 $70.00 (8 hours) Pension Contribution For work in “Studio,” Pension contribution shall be $12.00 per day.
C. Applicable Annuity contributions as detailed in the Arizona Wage & Benefit Appendix.
