Studio Style Shows a. If an Employee is engaged to work on a studio style show that is being produced in an actual studio setting the Employer has the option of utilizing minimum calls that are less than ten (10) hours as provided for in Article XII (Minimum Conditions) of this Collective Bargaining Agreement. There are three such options: i. A four (4) hour minimum may be utilized when a single broadcast of no more than thirty (30) minutes takes place; ii. A six (6) hour minimum may be utilized when a single broadcast of no more than sixty (60) minutes takes place call; or iii. An eight (8) hour minimum call may be utilized when there are multiple broadcasts of any length take place. b. For any such call selected, the daily rate (as opposed to hourly rate) for IATSE Health and Welfare, Pension, and Annuity fund contributions shall be applicable as outlined in the Arizona Appendix.
