Tuition Costs. 28.01 The Employer will reimburse tuition costs to employees who are required by the Employer to take job related courses.
Tuition Costs. Employees will be eligible for refund of tuition costs (including the prescribed textbooks) of educational courses provided that:
(a) The course is given by a recognized school and is approved by the Manager as a contribution to the development of the employee;
(b) The course is likely to contribute to the employee's performance or advancement within the Company;
(c) The employee offers proof of successful completion of the course;
(d) The maximum refund to the employee in any one (1) calendar year will be two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) for any full-term course and one hundred and twenty-five dollars ($125.00) for any half- term course.

Tuition Costs. Students who are accepted to CSC under the terms of this agreement are eligible for a preferred tuition of $270/credit plus $10/credit online course fee.
Tuition Costs. 1. The School Unit will pay for tuition costs up to but not exceeding an amount equal to the University of Maine at Orono undergraduate tuition rate. Employees may take courses from any institution of higher education, including technical schools, or from any agency approved by the Department of Education. The School Unit will pay for up to nine (9) undergraduate credit hours per contract year. All courses must be related to the employee’s job and approved in advance by the Superintendent or designee. Employees will be reimbursed for credit hours, fees and required textbooks for each course as long as it does not exceed their annual tuition reimbursement allowance. Employees must submit their final grade received prior to receiving approval for another course.
2. The School Unit will pay tuition in advance directly to the institution. If the employee does not pass the course with a B or better and provide satisfactory proof thereof, the advance tuition payment shall be deducted from the employee’s pay in six equal deductions.
Tuition Costs. 24.01 Employees will be eligible for refund of tuition costs (including prescribed text books) of education courses, provided that:
I. the course is given by a recognized school and is approved by the human resources manager as a contribution to the development of the employee;
II. the course is likely to contribute to the employee’s performance or advancement within the Company and in its nature be industry-related; III. the employee offers proof of successful completion of the course.
Tuition Costs. Subject to administrative approval prior to enrollment in a program, the Board may reimburse an employee for tuition costs not to exceed one hundred ten dollars ($110.00) for the school year 20072008; one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) for the school year 20082009; and one hundred twentyfive dollars ($125.00) for the school year 20092010 per credit hour for coursework leading to an Associate degree or towards improvement of jobrelated skills. Proof of an A or B grade must be provided.
Tuition Costs. The total tuition for the program $2475, but a number of discounts are available: • A $175 early-bird discount is applied to people who register by February 1, 2024. To receive this discount, you must pay the $250 deposit no later than midnight on the 1st of February. • A $175 discount is offered to those who pay the remaining balance in full by March 16, 2024 (our first day of class). • A $200 discount is available to anyone who registers with a friend (Make sure that the friend lets me know who referred them at the time of registration) If you intend to pay in full by March 16, 2024 for a $175 discount, please let me know and I will have an invoice ready for you with the final balance including any additional discounts on the first weekend of class. Tuition Costs. 5.1.1 Student tuition costs will be computed by dividing the cost of shared courses/programs, including administrative and equipment costs, by the number of students participating in such courses/programs.
5.1.2 Each member district shall pay the Administrative Agent such sums of money as are due on a tuition and operational fee basis, as computed from the operating budget adopted by the BOARD each year. The operational fee shall be based on the 6th day 9-12 enrollment of each member district as officially recorded by the office of the Educational Service Region for the previous year. The per student tuition and operational fee shall be established by the BOARD OF CONTROL on an annual basis.
5.1.3 In the event of a budget shortfall and deficits, a year end assessment shall be made to balance the budget. Such assessment will be made according to the financing procedures for that portion of the budget that generated the shortfall. If this cannot be determined, then a prorated assessment based upon the percentage of 9-12 non- weighted ADA compared to the total of all member districts at the close of the previous year as reported for state aid claim will be made.
Tuition Costs. 18.8.1 The Board shall reimburse tuition costs for teachers who have earned a permanent or professional education certificate or who have incurred tuition costs beyond those required for a continuing or professional education certificate as verified by the university under the following terms:
a. Reimbursement shall be at a rate of 70%, and shall occur only for teachers of record employed in this District, on September 30, of the present and prior school year. Reimbursement shall be for graduate level courses, or for courses required for a higher degree or certificate, or for courses, which facilitate teaching, upon approval of the Superintendent. Approval shall be granted for courses which fulfill the requirements for continuing certification or for credits which apply to the enhancement of the education profession.
b. Reimbursement shall be for not more than ten (10) hours per teacher per year.
c. Classes otherwise funded shall not be accepted under this clause.
d. Teachers will provide the following documentation for reimbursement: name of teacher, name of the institution, name of the course and date of class and a grade report generated by the college or university.
18.8.2 In order to obtain tuition reimbursement under this contract, the teacher must obtain a prior approval from the Superintendent. The parties hereto agree to strongly recommend degree credits be obtained from Saginaw Valley State Universityas part of its obligation to reimburse.
