Xxxxxx shall provide to Triangle, in a timely manner all necessary data in a format suitable for regulatory submissions to support the review and approval of each Product's NDA, MAA, and other regulatory filings, including all development and analytical reports required by any regulatory agency including the FDA and EMEA to support Bulk Drug Substance and Finished Product manufacture, review, submissions, approval and inspections. Xxxxxx shall use, and shall cause its Affiliates to use, Reasonable Best Efforts to be prepared timely for any FDA pre-approval inspection of the manufacturing facilities used for the purposes of this Agreement.
