Subcontracting Procedures and Rules. Subject to obtaining the prior Consent of Licensor, Contractor may adopt a program to enter into subcontract arrangements with various local community service clubs and other non-profit organizations which will be allowed to staff certain Facility locations in the Stadium or on the Plaza. Contractor will ensure that any representatives of such clubs and organizations will be suitably uniformed and properly trained and supervised in accordance with the requirements otherwise imposed hereunder on Contractor with regard to its employees. Contractor shall indemnify and hold Licensor harmless from and against any and all Claims, losses, Damages, injuries or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, which may arise from or be asserted by such third-party groups and organizations in connection with their performance of Services. Contractor shall obtain the prior written Consent of Licensor with respect to each charitable organization to be utilized by Contractor at the Stadium or on the Plaza.

  • Testing Procedures Testing will be conducted by an outside certified Agency in such a way to ensure maximum accuracy and reliability by using the techniques, chain of custody procedures, equipment and laboratory facilities which have been approved by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. All employees notified of a positive controlled substance or alcohol test result may request an independent test of their split sample at the employee’s expense. If the test result is negative the Employer will reimburse the employee for the cost of the split sample test.
