Voting Procedures definition

Voting Procedures means the process for casting votes at the Steering Committee. A Signatory which reports under the Voluntary Agreement shall be entitled to cast a single vote for the Main Activity that it performs (in accordance with Section 5.1). The Voting Procedures will be carried out in a manner which ensures that a balanced representation of views between the various Signatories to this Voluntary Agreement is achieved at all times.

Voting Procedures means the detailed instructions and procedures relating to the solicitation of votes with respect to the Plan.
