Voting Procedures definition

Voting Procedures means the process for casting votes at the Steering Committee. A Signatory which reports under the Voluntary Agreement shall be entitled to cast a single vote for the Main Activity that it performs (in accordance with Section 5.1). The Voting Procedures will be carried out in a manner which ensures that a balanced representation of views between the various Signatories to this Voluntary Agreement is achieved at all times.
