Subcontractor Participation List. The Subcontractor Participation List (Attachment BB) shall indicate the Name and Address, Scope of Work, Percent of Total Proposed Contract Amount, Certification Status and Where Certified for each proposed Subcontractor/Subconsultant.
Subcontractor Participation List. This list shall include the name and complete address of all Subcontractors who qualify as SLBEs or XXXXx. Consultants must also list participation by any MBE, WBE, DBE, DBVE and OBE firms. However, no additional points will be awarded for participation by these firms, except that DVBEs that are certified by the City as local businesses shall be counted as SLBEs. Subcontractors shall be used in the percentages listed. NOTE: If percentages are listed as a range, the minimum number identified in the range will be used to calculate overall subcontractor participation. No changes to this Participation List will be allowed without prior written City approval.
