Subject of the Cooperation Agreement. The Parties agree to jointly conduct a Project entitled ‘Areas of Inspiration’ on the basis of and during the term of this Agreement. The detailed description of the Project and responsibilities of all partners in individual Project Actions are presented in Annex 1 (Description of Project). The detailed budget of NULK and its obligations for co-financing the Project actions are presented in Annex 2 (Budget of the Project Activity implemented by NULK). Annex 1 and Annex 2 are indivisible part of the Agreement and the Parties are inextricably bound to them. A reference to the Agreement therefore implies a reference to its Annexes.
Subject of the Cooperation Agreement. The Parties agree to conduct a research project ("Cooperation Project") entitled International School as Learning Organization Comparative Research (“ISLO”) jointly on the basis of and during the term of this Agreement. The short term goal of the Cooperation Project is to validate HUNSEM’s new model of learning organization for schools. During this process the relations between organizational culture and the level of autonomy will be compared with the characteristics of learning organization. The long term goal of the Cooperation Project is to serve a firm basic for a new international RDI project which – using the validated model – provides tools and processes for schools and their stakeholders to diagnose the level of learning organizational capacities and make development plan to become learning organization thus providing better learning possibilities for their students. The Cooperation Project should initiate a future network which should serve as basis for producing, sharing and using knowledge regarding the personal, team and organizational learning.
