Submittal Log. Subcontractor shall submit to Contractor a Submittal Log, within ten (10) days of Subcontractor’s execution of the Agreement, for approval, showing submittals Subcontractor will provide and the date those will be provided to Contractor.
Submittal Log. A Submittal log will be prepared at the start of the project to track correspondence from LHTAC to the CONSULTANT team. This log will be updated for each shop drawing and contractor submittal, and requests for information to track submittal and approval dates and review times. The Submittal Log will include the bid item number, the contractor submittal number, CONSULTANT submittal number, submittal description, date received, who the submittal was assigned to, date the submittal was responded to, and notes for the submittal. The Submittal Log will be provided upon request to LHTAC.

  • Submittal Review 7.10.1 The A/E shall review Submittals such as Shop Drawings, Product Data, and Samples for conformity with design intent and conformity with the Contract Documents within 14 days of receiving Submittals or in accordance with the approved submittal schedule, or other period as mutually agreed by the A/E and Contractor.

  • Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.

  • Required Submittals Complete shop drawings and manufacturer’s catalog data shall be submitted to the State and approved by the State prior to start of any construction work. Power and lighting panel configuration shall be complete with schedule of branch panels, separate disconnects, and circuit breakers, based on calculated and estimated motor, resistive and lighting loads. All circuits shall be labeled at the panel and at the outlet/power pole for future reference. Location of all electrical receptacles and telephone outlets (including power drops for the systems furnishings) shall be designated on a block floor plan showing the systems furnishings layout provided by the State. Said block floor plan shall be furnished by the State to the Owner/Lessor no later than 4 weeks after approved construction plans are received by the State.

  • Resubmission If terminated, resolved or withdrawn, a grievance cannot be resubmitted.

  • Invoice Submittal DEO shall reimburse Subrecipient in accordance with Section 6, above. In accordance with the Funding Requirements of s. 215.971(1), F.S. and Section 21 of this Agreement, Subrecipient and its subcontractors may only expend funding under this Agreement for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during this Agreement.   • STOP WORK NOTICE The City may issue an immediate Stop Work Notice in the event the Contractor is observed performing in a manner that is in violation of Federal, State, or local guidelines, or in a manner that is determined by the City to be unsafe to either life or property. Upon notification, the Contractor will cease all work until notified by the City that the violation or unsafe condition has been corrected. The Contractor shall be liable for all costs incurred by the City as a result of the issuance of such Stop Work Notice.
