Submittal Log maintain accurate submittal log for duration of Contract. Indicate current status of all submittals at all times. Make submittal log available for the Project Manager's review upon request.
Submittal Log. The Professional shall prepare and submit in a format and on forms approved by the Department as part of the final document submission a listing of all construction submittals identified in the Contract Documents, including but not limited to shop drawings, material data, samples, and product data. This log must include all items that the Professional is required to review to verify that the correct products and equipment will be provided by the construction contractors.

Submittal Log. A Submittal log will be prepared at the start of the project to track correspondence from LHTAC to the CONSULTANT team. This log will be updated for each shop drawing and contractor submittal, and requests for information to track submittal and approval dates and review times. The Submittal Log will include the bid item number, the contractor submittal number, CONSULTANT submittal number, submittal description, date received, who the submittal was assigned to, date the submittal was responded to, and notes for the submittal. The Submittal Log will be provided upon request to LHTAC.
Submittal Log. Subcontractor shall submit to Contractor a Submittal Log, within ten (10) days of Subcontractor’s execution of the Agreement, for approval, showing submittals Subcontractor will provide and the date those will be provided to Contractor.
Submittal Log. Design Builder will keep a Submittal log containing a record of all Submittals, the date submitted, the date returned to the Design Builder and Subcontractor and whether the Submittal was approved or requires resubmission. Design Builder will keep a jobsite copy of all Submittals and all Submittals, as well as the Submittal log, will be posted electronically on a web portal established for the Project.
