Submittal Description. Draft Report One electronic copy (in PDF format via email) of 11x17 drawings and 8.5 x 11 documents of the draft report submittal. The purpose of this submittal is to allow the County to perform an internal review of the draft report. LAN will incorporate comments during the development of the final report. LAN has included time for one round of review by the County of the documents. Final Report One electronic copy (in PDF format via email) of 11x17 drawings and 8.5 x 11 documents of the final report submittal. The submittal will be submitted in a final (Engineer signed / sealed) format. LAN has not included time for review by the County of the final documents. Note: Conceptual engineering design and an alternate’s analysis of various rehabilitation or replacement options is not a part of this scope of work. Additionally, any costs to prepare, submit, or arrange for any and all permits, approvals, or inspections required for the work is not included. If required by the County, LAN is capable and willing to provide a separate scope of work to perform this work.
