Submitting Expenses. Participating employees may present receipts within six (6) months of the date of the receipt for any health related expenses paid by them for their personal use, the use of their spouse, dependent child or dependent parent who resides with them, to the maximum amount they have in their individual HCRA. To be eligible, receipts must be dated later than the employee’s hiring date.

Submitting Expenses. All Judges and Technical Delegates are responsible to submit copies of receipts and the Canada Cup Expense Form, by email, to the OC within 2 weeks of the last event day. Judges or Technical Delegates should not give members of the OC, receipts at any time during the event. This form will be available online on the Freestyle Canada website.
Submitting Expenses. Employees shall submit expenses through the online expense management platform used by the organization. Expensify is the organization’s expense management system. Expenses shall be submitted within three months of being incurred. Expenses submitted after three months shall not be reimbursed.
Submitting Expenses. If Indemnitee is deemed to be entitled to advancement of Expenses under Section III.c, then Indemnitee shall timely submit to Avnet a written request that includes such documentation and information as is reasonably available and necessary to verify Expenses that are eligible for advancement. Avnet shall respond within 30 days by (i) providing payment, (ii) seeking additional information, or (iii) explaining why the request (or any portion thereof) is denied.

  • Moving Expenses Reimbursements and procedures will be in accordance with the Department of Administrative Services, Chief Human Resource Office Policy 40.055.10, and its successors. Changes in this policy will be automatically incorporated into this contract Article.

  • Operating Expenses The Lessor shall have no obligation to provide any services, perform any acts, or pay expenses, charges, obligations or costs of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Premises. The Lessee hereby agrees to pay one-hundred percent (100%) of any and all Operating Expenses as hereafter defined for the entire term of the Lease and any extensions thereof in accordance with specific provisions hereinafter set forth.   • Additional Expenses The Underwriter will pay all expenses (e.g., shipping, postage and courier costs) associated with the delivery of the Prospectus to prospective investors and investors, other than the costs of delivery to the Underwriter's facilities, provided, that if courier services (other than overnight delivery services utilized in the ordinary course of business) are required to ensure that the Prospectus is delivered to investors on the day immediately preceding the Closing Date, the Company will pay such courier expenses. If the foregoing is in accordance with your understanding of our agreement, please sign and return to the undersigned a counterpart hereof, whereupon this letter and your acceptance shall represent a binding agreement between the Underwriter and the Company.
