Subscriber Termination. If enrollment is voluntary under the terms of this Plan Agreement, a Subscriber can apply to terminate hisƒher coverage if DDPOK receives the appropriate request form within thirty (30) days of the date termination is requested. Voluntary termination of coverage is subject to the participation requirements set forth in Section 2.B.2. and Section 8.B. of this Plan Agreement. A Subscriber whose coverage under this Plan Agreement terminates under the retirement guidelines of his or her employer during the period this Plan Agreement is in full force and effect may convert to an individual direct payment contract with DDPOK. A Subscriber or eligible dependent whose coverage under this Plan Agreement is terminated for any reason other than the Subscriber’s retirement during the period this Plan Agreement is in full force and effect may be eligible to enroll in an individual direct payment contract with DDPOK if he or she is a resident of the state of Oklahoma. Enrolled Subscribers and Dependents whose coverage under the Plan is voluntarily discontinued will be ineligible to re−enroll until the next Plan Anniversary Date of this Plan Agreement except in the event of such person’s loss of other dental coverage. Any person enrolled under the provisions of COBRA whose coverage is voluntarily discontinued will be ineligible to re−enroll as a COBRA participant.

Subscriber Termination. Subscriber may terminate the Agreement upon providing ninety (90) days advance written notice of termination to Licensor. - Termination shall be effective on the last day of the calendar month for which the ninety (90) day termination notice expires. Upon termination of the Agreement, Subscriber shall immediately cease and desist any and all access to and attempts to access the Software and Services.

Notwithstanding any cessation of the sale to RFC VIII of additional Receivables, Receivables sold to RFC VIII prior to the occurrence of such Insolvency Event and Collections in respect of such Receivables shall continue to be property of RFC VIII available for transfer by RFC VIII to the Trust pursuant to the Transfer Agreement. To the extent that it is not clear to TRS whether collections relate to a Receivable that was sold to RFC VIII or to a receivable that TRS has not sold to RFC VIII, TRS agrees that it shall allocate payments on each Account with respect to the principal balance of such Account first to the oldest principal balance of such Account.   • Rights After Termination 8.1. Upon and after the expiration or termination of this Agreement:

  • After Termination (a) Termination of this Agreement does not affect any accrued right or liability of either party nor will it affect the coming into force or the continuation in force of any provision of this Agreement that is expressly or by implication intended to come into or continue in force on or after the termination.
