Payment Processors. In order to provide certain features of the Services, Atmos may collect information such as bank account numbers, balances, and other information about your bank account(s) from payment processors that facilitate transfers to Atmos partner bank account(s) or through third-party secure access tools, such as Plaid. Social Media: When an individual interacts with our Services through various social media networks, such as when Service Providers: Our service providers that perform services solely on our behalf, such as survey and marketing providers, collect Personal Information and often share some or all of this information with us. Information Providers: We may from time to time obtain information from third-party information providers to correct or supplement Personal Information we collect. For example, we may obtain updated contact information from third-party information providers to reconnect with an individual. Publicly Available Sources: We collect Personal Information about individuals that we do not otherwise have, such as contact information, employment-related information, and interest-in-services information, from publicly available sources. We may combine this information with the information we collect from an individual directly. We use this information to contact individuals, to send advertising or promotional materials or to personalize our Services and to better understand the demographics of the individuals with whom we interact. Payment Processors. Payment processing services for the Obligo Platform Service are provided by third-party payment processors (the “Payment Processors”) and are subject to the third-party payment processor terms and conditions that are listed at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (collectively, the “Payment Processor Agreements”). By agreeing to this Agreement, Company agrees to be bound by the Payment Processor Agreement applicable to the particular Payment Processor used by Obligo for providing the Obligo Platform Service to Company, as such agreement may be modified by the applicable Payment Processor from time to time. Company acknowledges that it is aware of which Payment Processor will be used by Obligo to service Company, and Company has had an opportunity to review the applicable Payment Processor Agreement. As a condition of Obligo enabling payment processing services through the applicable Payment Processor, Company agrees to provide Obligo with accurate and complete information about Company and Company’s business, as may be requested by Obligo from time to time, and Company authorizes Obligo to share such information as well as transaction information related to Company’s use of the payment processing services to the applicable Payment Processor. Obligo may change or add Payment Processors for servicing Company on the Obligo Platform Service from time to time upon notice to Company.
Payment Processors. We or you may use third-party payment processors (each a “Payment Processor”) to facilitate payment to you arising out of sales of your Developer Software. A Payment Processor may require you to provide additional information or enter a separate agreement directly with them to utilize their services. In certain cases, Adobe may require that a particular Payment Processor be used. Unless otherwise approved in writing by Adobe, you agree that any payment processing using a Payment Processor must occur outside of the applicable Adobe Software or Service. You acknowledge and agree that we have no liability due to any delay or inaccuracy of payments, or otherwise due to any use of a Payment Processor, and you agree to resolve any dispute related to the processing or payment of fees directly with such Payment Processor. In addition, we may share information about you with the Payment Processor and other third-party service providers as necessary to enable your use of the Developer Tools. We do not have access to or control over actions that a third party may take and the information handling practices of third-party websites are not covered by the Adobe Privacy Policy, these Terms, or any other applicable terms and conditions between you and us.
Payment Processors. 13.1. Simpro uses a third-party payment processor (“Payment Processor”) to charge you through an online account for use of the Services. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and policies agreed between you and the Payment Processor as well as the terms of this Agreement.
13.2. You agree to pay Simpro, through the Payment Processor, all fees and charges owed to Simpro associated with the Services. You authorise Simpro, through the Payment Processor, to charge the fees and charges (including any recurring fees and charges) to your chosen payment method (“Payment Method”).
13.3. If your allocated Payment Method is rejected or is declined for insufficient funds you agree that Simpro may pass on the costs of any charges or fees levied by your Payment Method in your next payment to Simpro.
13.4. ONCE AUTHORISED BY YOU, SIMPRO MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES WITHOUT YOUR FURTHER AUTHORISATION, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (RECEIPT OF WHICH IS CONFIRMED BY SIMPRO) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORISATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE SIMPRO REASONABLY COULD ACT.
13.5. Other than taxes imposed on Simpro relating to its income, receipts and employment-related taxes, you will bear responsibility for all applicable taxes, duties, and other governmental charges, including sales or value-added tax, use and withholding taxes (collectively, “Taxes”) resulting from the Services. You will pay the Taxes as are necessary to ensure that the net amounts received by Simpro after all Taxes are paid are equal to the amounts that Simpro would have been entitled to in accordance with this Agreement as if the Taxes did not exist.
13.6. If you believe that any specific charge under this Agreement is incorrect, you must contact Simpro in writing within thirty (30) days of invoice date setting forth the nature and amount of the requested correction; otherwise invoices are deemed final.
13.7. Your account will be considered delinquent (in arrears) if payment in full is not successful when a charge is initiated. In addition to other applicable remedies, Simpro reserves the right to suspend and/or terminate your access to the Services and/or terminate this Agreement if your Payment Method is declined or fails, and your account therefore is delinquent. Payment Processors. All financial transactions made in connection with the Site will be processed by a third-party, who is our service provider and is processing your payment card data in compliance with this Privacy Policy. PRO-ED does not collect or store any payment card information.

You’ll receive a confirmation email after we confirm the payment for your order. Your order is not binding on Company until accepted and confirmed by Company. All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly provided in this Agreement.

Payment Processors. Payments made by credit card, debit card or certain other payment instruments for the Services are billed and processed by Blackbaud’s designated third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, Inc. or a similar organization (the “Payment Processor”). The Payment Processor is acting solely as a billing and processing provider for and on behalf of Blackbaud and shall not be construed to be providing the applicable Services. In addition, the Payment Processor is an entity completely independent of Blackbaud, Blackbaud and Subscriber exercise no control over the operations of the Payment Processor, make no warranties or representations on behalf of such Payment Processor, and accept no liability in respect of the acts or omissions of the Payment Processor. The Payment Processor’s use of End User data is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies published by such Payment Processor.
