Subscription Term and Renewals. Unless otherwise specified in an Order Form, each Subscription Term will automatically renew for additional twelve month periods unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to expiration of the then-current Subscription Term.

With respect to month-to-month terms, such increase will go into effect only on an annual basis. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Purchase Order, renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at our applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. You hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or bank account, as applicable, the contract amount reflecting any such increase during each such renewal term.
