Subsequent Extended Parental Leave. A tenured teacher who has been granted an extended parental leave shall not become eligible for a subsequent extended parental leave unless and until such tenured teacher has returned to full-time service for at least two (2) complete school terms, provided, however, that under exceptional circumstances the Board may grant such a leave in its sole, absolute and non-reviewable, non-grievable discretion. The granting or withholding of such leave shall be without precedential effect.
