Substituted public holidays. If, under (or in accordance with a procedure under) a law of Queensland, a day or part-day is substituted for a day or part-day that would otherwise be a public holiday because of clause 1, then the substituted day or part-day is the public holiday.
Substituted public holidays. If, in accordance with Queensland law, a public holiday listed in clause 8.
2.1 is substituted for an alternative day, then the alternative substituted day is the public holiday.
Substituted public holidays. (a) Full-time Employees engaged to work Monday to Friday will be entitled to the following substituted days off work in lieu of the following public holidays provided in the NES:
(i) When Christmas Day is a Saturday or a Sunday, a holiday in lieu thereof shall be observed on 27
Substituted public holidays. If a day (or part day) is substituted by the law of a State or Territory then the substituted day (or part day) is the public holiday and the original day is not a public holiday.
Substituted public holidays. (a) The purpose of this sub-clause is to clarify the entitlement to a public holiday where certain days prescribed under the NES have been substituted to other days under State legislation. This sub-clause has no application where additional public holidays are declared in which case sub-clause 32.2(c) applies.
(b) Full-time and part-time employees engaged to work Monday to Friday will be entitled to the following substituted days off work in lieu of the public holiday:
(i) When Christmas Day is a Saturday or a Sunday, a holiday in lieu thereof shall be observed on 27
Substituted public holidays. Where there is agreement between the majority of employees concerned and the employer, and subject to statutory limitations, other ordinary working days may be substituted for the statutory holidays specified in clause 10.7.1
Substituted public holidays. 168.1 If under a State or Territory law, a day or part-day is substituted for one of the public holidays listed clause 167.1, then the substituted day or part-day is the public holiday.
Substituted public holidays. The employer and the employees may agree to substitute another day for any prescribed in this clause. For this purpose, the consent of the majority of affected employees shall constitute agreement. An agreement pursuant to this subclause shall be recorded in writing and be available to every affected employee.
Substituted public holidays. If, under (or in accorda nce with a pro cedure under) a la w of Queensland, a day is s ubstituted for a day that would otherwise be a public holiday because of clause 32.1 , then the substituted day is the public holiday.
Substituted public holidays. (a) If the days set out in clause 7.1 are substituted by another day as a result of an Act or Proclamation of a State or Territory government (substituted public holiday), then:
(i) the provisions in this clause will apply to the substituted public holiday as if it were a public holiday; and
(ii) the actual day of the holiday which has been substituted will not be regarded as a public holiday for the purposes of this clause.
(b) Bunnings and a Team Member may agree to substitute another day for a day that would be a public holiday under the NES (including part-day public holidays). In this case, public holiday entitlements (under this Agreement and the NES) with respect to that Team Member will apply in reference to the substituted public holiday and not the original public holiday.
