Successful applicant eligibility & trial a) An employee who is a successful applicant for a posted vacancy shall be subject to a trial period of up to three months. If the employee's work in the position is not satisfactory during the trial period, such employee shall be returned to a position in his/ her former category without loss of seniority.

Successful applicant eligibility & trial a) An employee who is declared to be the successful applicant for a posted vacancy shall not be eligible to apply for another posted vacancy for a period of three (3) months after being transferred to his/her new position, except with the consent of the Employer.
