Suggestions, New Features and Feedback. Client and Authorized Users may provide suggestions, comments, reports, ideas, feedback, failure logs or recommendations concerning the performance and utility of the Platform and Technology and may also request that Alectio implement or address additional features or enhancements, including without limitation filters, data collection reports and diagnostics reports, as improvements to the Technology (“Feedback”). Unless otherwise agreed, Alectio has no obligation to implement such Feedback into the Technology or Platform. In partial consideration of the License and access to the Platform, Client hereby agrees to and hereby does assign to Alectio all present and future right, title and interest it has or may have in any Feedback or other recommendations for new features or other improvements to or concerning the Technology provided to Alectio or requested by or on behalf of Client (excluding in all cases Client Data) which Alectio may freely use and fully exploit for its business purposes.

  • Suggestions and Feedback If you provide us with any suggestions, feedback or input (“Customer Input”) related to our Services, we (and our corporate group entities) will own all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Input, even if you have designated the Customer Input as confidential. We and our corporate group entities will be entitled to use the Customer Input without restriction. You assign to us all right, title and interest in and to the Customer Input and agree to provide us with any assistance we may require to document, perfect and maintain our rights in the Customer Input. For this purpose the word: “assign” is legal term which means legally transferring the benefit, such as you legally transferring the benefit of the Customer Input to us.

  • Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). However, if you submit Feedback to us, then you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license that is sub-licensable and trans- ferable, to make, use, sell, have made, offer to sell, import, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, or publicly perform the Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty, or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise.

  • Complaints and Feedback 15.3.1 The primary responsibility for receiving feedback and investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly in respect of the Services will rest with the Provider. The Provider will have procedures in place including but not limited to a complaints framework, which are acceptable to the Department, to gather and act upon feedback and complaints from Learners and/or their representatives and employers and the wider community. The Provider must also keep a log of the complaints received which will be accessible to the Department upon request.
