Summary of Flight Hours, Cycles; Technical Information. (a) Lessee, at its own expense, shall, within ten (10) Business Days after the end of each calendar month of the Term and on the Return Date, provide (or cause to be provided) to Lessor written summaries (the “Written Summaries”) of the following events occurring during the previous calendar month: (1) Flight Hours and Cycles accrued on the Airframe and Engines, certified by an officer of Lessee; (2) all maintenance performed on the Airframe or Engines; and (3) any Engine changes. (b) Lessee shall give Lessor not less than fifteen (15) days’ prior written notice of the anticipated time and location of all partial or complete C-Checks, Engine shop visits, and other major maintenance to be performed on the Aircraft. (c) During the Term, Lessee shall furnish to Lessor such additional information concerning the location, condition, use and operation of the Aircraft as Lessor may reasonably request, including, without limitation, records reflecting the Airframe, Engine and APU service history. Initials: ABX:__________ DHL:__________ (d) All information furnished by Lessee to Lessor concerning monetary amounts (whether in the Written Summaries or otherwise) shall be denominated in Dollars. (e) Together with each transmission of Written Summaries, Lessee shall provide to Lessor the electronically-scanned copies of the Aircraft Documents required under Section 7.2(c) hereof.
Summary of Flight Hours, Cycles; Technical Information. 7.5.1 Sublessee, at its own expense, will, within [***] Business Days after the end of each calendar month of the Term and on the Return, provide (or cause to be provided) to Sublessor written summaries (the “Written Summaries”) of the Flight Hours and Cycles accrued on the Airframe and Engines occurring during the previous calendar month, in the form reasonably required by Sublessor. 7.5.2 Sublessee will give Sublessor not less than [***] days’ prior written notice of the anticipated time and location of all partial or complete Major Checks or scheduled Engine shop visits. 7.5.3 provide Sublessor with such other information concerning the location, condition, use and operation of the Aircraft as Sublessor may from time to time reasonably request; 7.5.4 promptly notify Sublessor of the removal of any Engine from the Airframe for a period of more than one week or for the purpose of Engine Refurbishment; 7.5.5 All information furnished by Sublessee to Sublessor concerning monetary amounts (whether in the Written Summaries or otherwise) will be denominated in Dollars.

  • Technical Information The Employer agrees to provide to the Union such information that is available relating to employees in the bargaining unit, as may be required by the Union for collective bargaining purposes.

  • Technical Data For the purpose of this Agreement, "TECHNICAL DATA" shall mean all information of the Company in written, graphic or tangible form relating to any and all products which are developed, formulated and/or manufactured by the Company, as such information exists as of the Effective Date or is developed by the Company during the term hereof.

  • Licensed Materials The materials that are the subject of this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A ("Licensed Materials").

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • Time and Materials If this contract is designated as a Time and Materials contract, invoicing and payment shall be as follows: (a) Consultant shall submit invoices, not more often than once a month during the term of this agreement, based on the cost for work performed in accordance with the Rate Schedule in the Scope of Work and authorized reimbursable expenses incurred prior to the invoice date. Invoices shall contain the following information: (i) Serial identifications of bills, i.e., Xxxx No. 1; (ii) The beginning and ending dates of the billing period; (iii) A summary containing the total contract amount, the amount of prior xxxxxxxx, the total due this period, percentage of work completed, the remaining balance available for all remaining billing periods, and a brief description of work completed during the billing period. (b) City shall make monthly payments, based on such invoices, for satisfactory progress in completion of the Scope of Work, and for authorized reimbursable expenses incurred.

  • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Software Updates XXXXX agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by XXXXX governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • Licensed Software Computer program(s) provided by Contractor in connection with the Deliverables, subject to Section 14 of this Contract.
