Engine Refurbishment definition

Engine Refurbishment means all scheduled and unscheduled off the wing Engine maintenance and repair accomplished for each module in accordance with the performance restoration or full overhaul sections of the Manufacturer's workscope planning guide.
Engine Refurbishment. With respect to any Engine, the performance of Engine Refurbishment in respect of that Engine the lesser of (i) the amount of that invoice and (ii) an amount equal to the aggregate amount of the Engine Reserve paid under the Lease in respect of that Engine at the date such work starts less the aggregate amount previously paid in respect of that Engine by the Lessor under this sub-clause;

More Definitions of Engine Refurbishment

Engine Refurbishment means off-wing heavy maintenance for an Engine performed by an Agreed Maintenance Performer during a shop visit that requires the complete teardown/disassembly, inspection, repair and refurbishment of the HPC, HPT and Combustor modules of such Engine, if required, and the inspection, teardown/disassembly inspection and repair and refurbishment as and if required (as dictated by inspection or engine trend monitoring and the Engine Manufacturer’s shop manual limits) of each of the other modules of such Engine, resulting in, in Lessor’s determination, a full performance restoration of such Engine in accordance with the Engine Manufacturer’s shop manual limits and the Engine Manufacturer’s then current Workscope Planning Guide.
Engine Refurbishment means, with respect to any Engine, all necessary maintenance, inspection, overhaul and repair work (accomplished by a maintenance performer, acceptable to Sublessor, at an engine repair/overhaul station) of certain modules of that Engine as is required from time to time to restore its performance, in accordance with the performance restoration or overhaul sections of the Manufacturer’s shop maintenance planning document and engine shop manual for that particular engine model and type, taking account of any specific build or performance standards set out in the Sublease. In addition, the workscope shall ensure that: (i) expected life of the Engine hardware and expected life of each engine module matches the specific Engine Build Standard; and (ii) the items mentioned in the definition of Engine Module Refurbishment are carried out.
Engine Refurbishment means, each major engine shop visit, comprising of a core performance or higher workscope, performed by an Approved Maintenance Provider during a shop visit that includes the teardown/disassembly, and performance restoration of such Engine, and the inspection, teardown/disassembly and repair, refurbishment and overhaul as and if required (as dictated by inspection or engine trend monitoring and the Engine Manufacturer's shop manual limits) of each of the other modules of such Engine in accordance with the then current Engine Workscope Planning Guide requirements and recommendations;
