Summer School Pay Schedule. Summer school salary shall be in two (2) payments. Summer school pay will be issued on the established 26 pay schedule dates. If a teacher is on 26 pays, the summer school pay will be included in the teacher's regular check. If a teacher is on a 21 pay schedule option there will be a separate check on the established pay dates. The first pay shall be made the payday on or following the mid-term of the summer session. The last pay shall be issued on the payday of the full pay period following the end of the summer session. This does not preclude summer school teachers from taking the option found in Article XXV, Compensation, Section A-3.

Summer School Pay Schedule. Instructors teaching during the summer session shall receive a rate of pay equal to a factor of one point one (1.1) times the staff assignment rate. Nursing teaching assignments with instructor participation will be made by the administrator-in-charge by April 1. Nursing instructors will indicate in writing their willingness to teach this assignment within five days of notification. Failure to reply shall be deemed a rejection by the instructor. Summer school instructors shall keep and post office hours equal to one- half (½)hour per week per credit hour up to a maximum of two (2) office hours per week, in minimum one-half (½) hour time blocks. "Go-No-Go" and class size provisions will be the same as is provided through paragraphs 0102.1 and 0102 of this Agreement.

Summer School Pay Schedule. ‌ a. In the event an Employee’s load on-campus is less than the thirty (30) equated hours for an academic year as defined in Article 9, Calendars, Schedules, Workloads and Assignments he/she will be offered an appropriate course during the summer semester, including off-campus or alternate semester courses, if scheduled, at the full on-campus rate. Employees interested in taking advantage of this provision must indicate their interest in writing to the Chief Academic Officer. Failure to do so will eliminate them from evoking this part of the Agreement for the current semester. b. Employees choosing to teach summer courses in addition to a normal load will be paid nine hundred and fifty-nine dollars ($959.00) for 2022-2023. (+$23.98 - 2.5% = $982.98) per contact hour in 2023-24 and (+$24.57 - 2.5% = $1,007.55) per contact hour for 2024- 25 and 2025-2026.
