Staff Assignment. Subject to the approval of the SUPERINTENDENT each building principal shall have the right to make a determination regarding each staff member's assignment within his building. Such assignment shall be made in accordance with any collective bargaining agreements.

It is agreed that any complaint by staff member regarding his/her assignment shall not proceed above the building level except through a recognized grievance procedure.
Staff Assignment. Each building principal has prime responsibility to make a determination regarding each teacher’s assignment within his/her building. Such assignment shall be made in accordance with any other collective bargaining agreements which the BOARD has entered into prior to this Agreement which speak to the subject of teacher assignment work schedules or transfers. Assignment of all staff will be made by mutual agreement of the building principal, assistant superintendent, and a director, if involved. Where assignments cannot be mutually agreed to, after consulting with the building principal, the final determination will be made by the Superintendent of Schools.
Staff Assignment. When an adequate number of volunteers are not obtainable, such transfers will be made on the basis of district needs. It is understood by both the Board and the Association that such relocation of staff will most often need to be done on a building level or a department level and ESP transfers will not result in a change of classification for the employee.
Staff Assignment. CMW offers a diverse and well-rounded team. Roles and responsibilities will be assigned but can vary throughout the life of the liaison as priorities and stages of progress changes. CMW proposes the following professional staff and broadly defined roles and responsibilities: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Project Director Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, Senior Project Manager - Oversight Xxx Xxxxxxxxx, Principal Consultant Additional assignment Clarification: Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx will provide Principal Consultant support during entire contract with (if required) supplement Xxx Xxxxxxxxx for sick leave and/or vacation time.
Staff Assignment. An employee who performs staff assignments or attends required training outside of his/her shift schedule shall be compensated at the overtime rate. Reasonable effort should be made to get prior approval from management before attending staff assignments or required training. For the purpose of this section, overtime shall be computed at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2) based on a forty (40) hour work week.
Staff Assignment. Staff assignments to 40-hour per week duty may be given to any employee below the rank of Fire Captain. Personnel may be assigned to Staff Duty Assignments for the purposes of attendance at schools, seminars or other professional development. Such assignments would normally last two weeks or less. Staff duty assignments to 40-hour per week duty positions may be organized on a long term basis; therefore the employee in a staff duty position may be required to remain in this assignment for one year before requesting reassignment. The Fire Chief will endeavor to make sure that any work schedule change is implemented with as little inconvenience as possible to the employee. A staff duty assignment must be for a minimum of 90 days in order to be eligible for staff salary differential. The staff salary differential shall be retroactive to the date of the assigned staff duty if the 90-day duration is not anticipated in advance and is subsequently worked by the employee.

Staff Assignment. Each classroom will have at least one (1) Instructor and one (1) Instructor Assistant.
Staff Assignment. The MFSA stipulates that all positions shall be staffed by the most competent and qualified persons that can be procured for them.
1. Each administrator shall be informed concerning all personnel being considered for assignment to the school building or department.
2. Each administrator shall be given the opportunity to make recommendations concerning such assignments.
3. It shall be considered sufficient opportunity if prior notice is sent to the administrator's office or, during the summer, to a summer address informing the administrator as to when the person's assignment may be discussed.
4. Each administrator shall have the right to make a recommendation regarding each staff member's assignment within the staff member's unit. In respect to their unit or other department employees, guidelines established by the appropriate division will be observed.
