Summer School, Special Programs and Curriculum Writing. Subd. 1. No teacher as a result of doing this work will enhance his or her status, rights, benefits or compensation under the master agreement. Consistent with Article X, Section 3, Subdivision 3, any remuneration for a newly created position serving students and requiring a teaching license shall be set jointly by the Association and the School District prior to filling the position.
