Summer Session Minimum Salary Rates. Nine-month faculty employed to teach during Summer 11 Term will be paid for Summer Term teaching at a per-credit-hour rate that is no less than 2.5% of 12 the member’s base nine-month salary rate. 13 14 Section 6. Prior to January 1 of each 25 year, the Office of Human Resources will provide the new minimum and maximum salary rates to 26 the Association and will publish the new rates on its webpage. 27 (c) Nine- (9) month salary rate equivalencies will be calculated by dividing the twelve- (12) month salary 29 rate by 1.22 and rounding up to the nearest monthly whole-dollar amount.
