Sunday MondayΒ the Pre-scheduling Day is Friday, therefore, the El Dorado Parties must schedule its hourly water deliveries for Sunday and Monday by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.

Sunday Monday.Β Day Workers Notwithstanding clause 6.11.1, where a day worker works a total of 4 hours or more overtime between 5pm Sunday and ordinary starting time on Monday so that the day worker has not had 10 consecutive hours break during that period, then they shall be entitled to a 10-hour break at the end of the overtime without loss of ordinary pay on Monday. If on the instructions of the Company the day worker resumes or continues work without having had 10 consecutive hours off duty, they shall be paid double rates until they are released from duty for such period and they shall then be entitled to be absent until they have had 10 consecutive hours off duty without loss of pay for ordinary working time occurring during such absence.
