Common use of Superintendent or Designee Clause in Contracts

If no settlement has been reached in 2 29 Step 2, within the specified time limits, the Union representative may within 3 30 fifteen (15) working days, submit the written grievance to the Superintendent oror 31 designee. A meeting will be scheduled within ten (10) working days of receipt of 32 the written Step 3 grievance. These parties, within ten (10) working days from 33 the Step 3 meeting, shall attempt to resolve the dispute and indicate by written 34 statement the grievance disposition.
