Supervision by OPTIMUM WELLNESS CENTER. The Director or designee is responsible for the overall supervision of the persons served and the coordination of the various departmental functions in relation to the person’s program. • The Director or designee is expected to monitor the program of the persons served and keep the DORS counselors informed as to progress and problems, if any. • Supervision of the DORS consumer shall include: o Maintenance of attendance and progress reports. o Direct instruction/evaluation of course content. o Interpretation and enforcement of the policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the orderly operation of OPTIMUM WELLNESS CENTER program. o Reporting any irregularities in the program of the DORS consumer. • Criminal Background Check: o Optimum Wellness Center is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who provide services to DORS consumers under this cooperative agreement, are fingerprinted and have a background check consistent with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 5-551 through 5-557 and CARF Employment and Community Services Standards Manual.

  • COMMERCIAL REUSE OF SERVICES The member or user herein agrees not to replicate, duplicate, copy, trade, sell, resell nor exploit for any commercial reason any part, use of, or access to 's sites.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "D", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with Employer policies and available resources. 9.2 Attendance at employer-required training will be considered time worked. The Employer will make reasonable attempts to schedule employer-required training during an employee’s regular work shift. The Employer will pay the registration and associated travel costs in accordance with Article 23, Travel, for employer-required training.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.
