Supervision of Apprentices. 13:01 Apprentices shall be under the general direction of the Supervisor of Apprentices and under the immediate direction of the Supervisor of the department to which they are assigned. The Supervisor of Apprentices is authorized to move apprentices from one department to another, in accordance with the predetermined schedule of work training. Where an apprentice is retained unavoidably on a scheduled work process for a period longer than the maximum time scheduled for such work process, an explanation shall be sent to the Supervisor of Apprentices who will place it before the Committee for their review at the next meeting.
