Common use of Supervisors and Union Representatives Clause in Contracts

In order to facilitate the operation of the Agreement, the Employer shall supply to the Union a list of employees acting in a supervisory capacity together with their job titles. The Union will supply the Employer with a list of its Local Union Executive and National Representative. Both parties agree that these lists will be promptly revised from time to time whenever changes become necessary.
