Supervisor's Post-Probation Report. Unless the probationary teacher has previously been removed from probation, the evaluator shall submit a written report to the Superintendent at the end of the probationary period, which report shall identify whether the performance of the probationary teacher has satisfactorily improved and which shall set forth one (1) of the following recommendations for further action: A. That the teacher has demonstrated improvement to justify the removal of the probationary status; or B. That the teacher has not demonstrated sufficient improvement and action should be taken to non-renew the employment contract of the teacher. When a continuing contract employee with five (5) or more years of experience receives a comprehensive performance evaluation rating below basic (Level 2) for two consecutive years, the school district shall, within ten (10) days of the completion of the second summative comprehensive evaluation or May 15th, whichever occurs first, implement the employee notification of discharge.
