Common use of Supervisor's Post-Probation Report Clause in Contracts

Supervisor's Post-Probation Report. The evaluator shall submit a written report to the superintendent at the end of the probationary period. The report shall recommend one of the following to the superintendent: 1) That the employee has demonstrated necessary improvement in the stated areas of deficiency to justify the removal of the probationary status. 2) That the employee has not demonstrated necessary improvement in the stated areas of deficiency, and action should be taken to non-renew the employment contract of the employee.

That the employee has demonstrated necessary sufficient improvement in the stated areas of deficiency to justify the removal of the probationary status.; or 2) . That the employee has not demonstrated necessary sufficient improvement in the stated areas of deficiency, deficiency and action should be taken to non-renew the employment contract of the employee.
