Supervisory Assistant. (a) The Board shall publish the Seniority Lists of Clause L16.3 by November 30th of each year. Copies of the Seniority Lists shall be posted in each location. It shall be the responsibility of each Member to review the Seniority List and report any objections to the President of the Local in writing, within fifteen (15) school days of the Lists being posted in each location. (b) The President of the Local shall be provided with copies of the Seniority Lists. The President of the Local shall have twenty (20) school days from the time of the Seniority Lists being posted in each location to submit, in writing, any objections to the Seniority Lists. At the end of this time, if no objections have been submitted, in writing, the Seniority Lists shall be accepted as final and complete until the publication of new Seniority Lists.
