Supervisory Training. The County and the Union agree that training for supervisors in this Unit shall be made available during the term of this MOU. This training shall include a minimum of four (4) sessions per year. Attendance may be by mutual agreement or at the direction of management. The County Training Officer will send County-developed training program announcements to the Union for U.S. Mail distribution to Unit members. This article will not apply during the term of this MOU because of the County's inability to pay for such training due to economic conditions.
