Common use of Supplemental Insurance Programs Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Insurance Programs. The Union may establish supplemental insurance programs for the employees under this Agreement. All of the premiums for such plans, if established, shall be paid for by the employees covered. If the Port is to process payroll deductions from employees to pay the insurance carrier on the employees’ behalf, the Plan shall be subject to approval by the Port in regard to the responsibility of ongoing administration and related details.
