Supplementary arrangements. The Head of Mission and the administrative authorities of the Host Party shall conclude such supplementary arrangements as may be necessary to implement this Agreement.
Supplementary arrangements. ASEAN and the Host Country may enter into such arrangements as may be necessary to give effect to this Agreement.
Supplementary arrangements. The Parties are free to make other agreements and arrangements for the purposes of implementing or supplementing this Memorandum of Understanding.

The employer may supplement the terms and conditions of an individual employee or group of employees at any time, at the Employer’s discretion, following consultation with the affected employee or group of employees. The remuneration and conditions of employment will not be less favourable overall to the individual employee or group of employees, than the remuneration and conditions of employment determined by this agreement
Supplementary arrangements. The parties may conclude written supplementary arrangements to the present MOU.
Supplementary arrangements not part of the pool
1.6.1 The Operational Group (see Section 5) will be informed by trends and expenditure in relation to delayed transfers of patients in hospital awaiting residential care.
Supplementary arrangements. Supplementary arrangement, if any, relating to items covered by the Agreement shall be by mutual consent, in writing, for a specified period of time, and shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure, if appropriate.

Supplementary arrangements. 1. With a view to facilitating the bilateral cooperation under this Agreement, the Parties shall encourage, where appropriate, the conclusion of supplementary arrangements between government agencies, research institutes, universities and enterprises. Such arrangements shall set out the terms and conditions of particular cooperative programs and projects, the procedures to be followed, and other appropriate matters.
2. The treatment of intellectual property rights arising from the cooperative activities under this Agreement shall be provided for in such arrangements.
