Supplementary arrangements. The Head of Mission and the administrative authorities of the Host Party shall conclude such supplementary arrangements as may be necessary to implement this Agreement.
Supplementary arrangements. The employer may supplement the terms and conditions of an individual employee or group of employees at any time, at the Employer’s discretion, following consultation with the affected employee or group of employees. The remuneration and conditions of employment will not be less favourable overall to the individual employee or group of employees, than the remuneration and conditions of employment determined by this agreement
Supplementary arrangements not part of the pool
Supplementary arrangements. ASEAN and the Host Country may enter into such arrangements as may be necessary to give effect to this Agreement.
Supplementary arrangements. 11. The parties may conclude written supplementary arrangements to the present MOU.
Supplementary arrangements. The Parties are free to make other agreements and arrangements for the purposes of implementing or supplementing this Memorandum of Understanding.
Supplementary arrangements. Supplementary arrangement, if any, relating to items covered by the Agreement shall be by mutual consent, in writing, for a specified period of time, and shall be subject to the grievance and arbitration procedure, if appropriate.
Supplementary arrangements. The Director-General of the International Labour Office and the Administrative Secretary-General of the Organisation of African Unity will make appropriate arrangements to ensure close collaboration and liaison between the staffs of the two Organisations in matters of common interest and, in particular, between the Directors of the International Labour Organisation Field Offices in Africa and the General Secretariat of the Organisation of African Unity.
Supplementary arrangements. The Parties may enter into such supplementary arrangements for the purpose of cooperation and coordination as may be found desirable.
Supplementary arrangements. Annexes and any other arrangements arising under this Agreement shall form an integral part of this Agreement.
