Supplementary arrangements. 1. The Head of Mission and the administrative authorities of the Host Party may conclude such supplementary arrangements as may be necessary to implement the present Agreement. 2. In case of inconsistencies between such arrangements and the provisions of this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail.

Supplementary arrangements. The parties may conclude written supplementary arrangements to the present MOU.

Supplementary arrangements. The Secretary-General of ASEAN and the Director-General of UNESCO may, if necessary, enter into supplementary administrative arrangements, as stipulated, for example, in paragraph 1 of Article III, for the implementation of the present Agreement.
