Supplier Feedback. Supplier may from time to time provide suggestions, comments or other feedback ("Feedback") to MTI with respect to Specifications or Confidential Information provided originally by MTI. Supplier agrees that any Feedback will be given entirely voluntarily and grants MTI the right to use, have used, disclose, reproduce, license, distribute, or exploit the Feedback for any purpose, entirely without obligation or restriction on use or disclosure of any kind.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.
